During the year we increased our total total headcount by 7 6% reaching a a a a a a a a a total total of 1 399 employees locally We are proud that at at the the time of of of writing none of of of our employees have lost their jobs as a a a a a direct result of of of COVID-19 In terms of gender gender parity at at Group level we have positively noted that the gender gender gap is closing with an increase of 3% in in in women women with respect to to our total workforce The biggest increase in in in women women employment is at staff level Despite this improvement we still have have a a a a a a a disproportionate number of of men men (77%) We have have also noted a a a a a a a decrease of of 1% in in the proportion of women occupying Senior Management positions It is is important to highlight that the the the Group follows the the the recommendations of the the the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) and and is committed to to providing equal opportunities and and treatment to to all its employees in in terms of recruitment training promotion transfer benefits and discipline without discriminating on on on the basis of any personal characteristics as enunciated by the prevailing legislations TOTAL WORKFORCE IN 2020 BY GENDER:
