in July 1987 He is closely involved in in all safety health and environmental regulations within the Group He is also a a Fellow member of the British Safety Council and a a a registered Safety Officer under the Occupational Safety & Health Act Ashwin Ramsaha

Mr Ashwin Ramsaha
born in in 1959 holds an MSc in in in Civil Engineering with a a specialisation in in in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture Civil Engineering and Geodesy-Sofia He is a a a Registered Professional Engineer of of the Council of Engineers in in Mauritius and Member of of the Institution of of Engineers He has been practicing continuously in in in the private and public sectors in Mauritius and in in Toronto since 1987 In November 2007 Mr Ramsaha
joined the Company as Assistant Manager
of our PPB Division which is involved in in the production of precast concrete slabs In February 2015 he he was promoted to the post of Manager

at Rogers Building Materials Products Ltd from 1988 to 1994 In 2002 he was appointed Project and Commercial Manager
of Espace Maison Ltée In January 2016 he was appointed Manager

Marbella Division where he he is is since responsible for the production of precast products concrete pipes roof tiles and rustic pavements SUBSIDIARIES

in February 2003 and was promoted to General Manager
of Pre-Mixed Concrete Ltd and Dry Mixed Products Ltd in 2008 In 2011 further to the the the reorganisation of the the the two companies he he directed the integration of Dry Mixed Products Ltd into the UBP Group and is henceforth the General Manager
