Audit Committee Corporate Governance Committee 3 Risk Monitoring Committee The Board delegates certain duties and responsibilities to Board Committees namely the Corporate Governance (Nomination and Remuneration) Committee Committee the Audit Committee Committee and the Risk Monitoring Committee which have clearly defined mandates to ensure a more comprehensive evaluation of specific matters This delegation does not however lessen the the overall responsibility of the the Board A reporting mechanism has been devised so that matters affecting the affairs of the Group are escalated to the the the Board by the the the Chairpersons of these Committees and as relevant to the Boards of subsidiaries responsible for for leading the senior 2 management team of the Group’s business in in consistency with the defined strategies and objectives within approved budgets GROUP CEO Stéphane Ulcoq
